Practical Information

 The Bible School year runs from 28th August, 2012 to 31st May, 2013, and there are holidays at Christmas (22nd December-6h January), Sports holiday (18-22nd February, plus other shorter breaks.  2nd Year of WLBC will run from 28th August, 2012 to 21st December, 2012, and will include a three-week mission trip in November.

In order to apply to Word of Life Bible Centre, you should have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord of your life, and be at least 18 years old (or turn 18 during the school year).

Married couples should apply individually (ie. on separate application forms) to the Bible school if both wish to study. Please note that families – husbands, wives and children aged 15 and under – are required to live together during the Bible School year, even if only one spouse is studying at the school. This requirement is for the protection of the family.

To apply, send in the completed application forms and pay the registration fee of 500 SEK (Swedish Kronor) / €57/ $79* using Bank giro 845-6758 (enter your name and the payment as registration fees for WLBC). Attach a receipt / certificate of fees paid along with your application. The application fee is not refundable.

The last day of application to Word of Life Bible Centre for countries within European Union is 15th August. The last date of application for Asian countries is 1st May and for South- and North America and Australia is 1st June. There is no point in applying after that date, due to the time it takes to get a visa.

The fee for the Autumn term is 6 500 SEK/ €725/ $1005 and includes all course materials and the retreat weekend. This fee is payable on the first day of the school term. The fee for the Spring term is 5 000 SEK/ €555/ $770 and is divided into two payment dates – January 31st and March 31st.

The fee for this special version of 2nd Year, autumn term 2012, is 6000 SEK (Swedish kronor)/ € 680 / $ 945.
