After year 2 at WLBC, you can apply to be sent out teaching others by using our Bible Training Course material. You will receive a teacher’s manual with material to teach and be sent with one or two other teachers. Together you will be able to set up a small bible school on our mission fields. You can go for one to three months. If you are curious about missions or feel called to teach, BTC is a unique opportunity to develop and try the life of a missionary.

After year 2 you can also apply for the trainee program – a training ground for those who have a calling to work in church. By giving one full day a week to the church, you will receive guidance in church activities, mentoring for your personal development and a wonderful edifying community. The trainee program is organized so that you can go an introductory year and then choose if you want to apply for the following two years. Through the trainee program you will be equipped to serve in both practice, personal leadership training and theological studies.
