Costs during your studies
Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of 300 SEK is to be paid before applying to the Bible school, when applying for Year 1. Here’s how to pay the application fee:
Sweden: Swish to 900 1660 and write “LOBC Anm”

Tuition Fees Year 1
For the first year, you pay a tuition fee of SEK 13,000, which covers all teaching and course materials for the year. The tuition fee is paid on-site in four installments, with the first payment on the registration day: September – SEK 4,000 October – SEK 3,200 January – SEK 2,900 March – SEK 2,900
Tuition Fees Year 2
For the second year, you pay a fee of SEK 4,500, which covers all course materials, a weekend retreat, and various study visits and fellowship events during the school year. Year 2 is also done in collaboration with Umeå Folkhögskola, which gives you the opportunity to apply for CSN (Swedish student support) for full-time studies. The Bible school fee is paid on-site in two installments, with the first payment on the registration day: September – SEK 3,000 January – SEK 1,500
Other Costs
In addition to the application and tuition fees, as well as your living expenses during the year, there are costs for the mission trips. In the first year, you will go on a ten-day trip to a country in Europe, with costs typically ranging from SEK 1,000 to 6,000, depending on your destination. In the second year, you will go on a ten-day trip to Europe in the fall. During the spring semester there will be a three-week missions trip to different parts of the world, followed by a longer period either on mission in Europe or internship in a church in Scandinavia. Depending on where you go, the total cost for Year 2 trips generally ranges from SEK 7,000 to 20,000.
